Carmela the Shih Tzu mix has found her forever family!

Jaynie was fostering Carmela for only a few days before Carmela managed to charm her way into Jaynie’s heart–as well as some of the neighbors, and even a visiting insurance salesman. It happened so fast, we didn’t even have a chance to post her on our Adoptables page! This is what we call a “foster failure,” and we love when they happen. Jaynie now enjoys the company of two Shih Tzu pups, and Carmela found a loving family for life.
