The Pet Adoption Center of Orange County is Cosponsoring with OC Shelter Partners a free microchipping clinic for dogs and cats on Saturday, November 13th, 2021, from 2:00 – 5:00 pm. The event will be held at the PAC-OC’s Lake Forest adoption center, 24331 Muirlands Blvd, Ste E. Pets of Orange will be administering the microchips.

The clinic will be on a first-come, first-served basis. If you’ve been considering getting your pet microchipped, now is the time to do it. Microchips help reunite pets with their owners, in the unfortunate event that the pet gets out of their home and there is no ID tag on the dog, or it is illegible. Collars and tags often disappear when a pet is fearful and on the run. With a microchip, owners can be found quickly.
