Meet Chadwick, the newest member of the PAC-OC. He’s the sweetest little active Brussels Griffon mix. The shelter said he’s four, but he’s telling us he is more of a teenager with his behavior. We will ask the vet for their opinion. He will make a great companion for an active person or family without small children, once he gets settled.
