On October 10, 2026, at the Mission Viejo Animal Services Fur-Ever Friends Fall Fest, we were honored to receive a State commendation from Assemblymembers Kate Sanchez representing RSM and Mission Viejo, and Diane Dixon representing Lake Forest, for the work we do within these communities. Our event partner, Mission Viejo Animal Services also was honored.

Thanks to our State representatives for being dedicated animal lovers, and our wonderful community of volunteers and supporters. It takes a village to make a difference for our animals. We couldn’t do it without you!

We look forward to an even greater community coalition in the future. Thank you all for your support!!
