It’s that time again. The Pet Adoption Center of Orange County is once again participating in Best Friends National Adoption weekend, from Friday, September 16 – Sunday, September 18. Please visit adoptocpets.org/adopt to view and apply to meet our adoptable pups this weekend, like Kooper the Terrier with the cutest smile.
